When you mentioned this, I checked the WooCommerce options for the theme and found a setting that was overriding the default dropdowns with a stylised one. Turning it off has resolved the glitch. It used to work fine so it is something we can revisit in the future.

Clicking variation swatch shows the dropdown since V2.0 update

Hi,
Since the update to V2.0/2.0.1, we have seen this strange glitch where the related dropdown is now also showing when clicking a swatch. Here’s an example:
