coloured button options new for PRO?

Hi,

I have been using coloured variation buttons for a project for quite some while with the plugin.

I however noticed that for new products the coloured buttons are no longer included and the PRO plugin is recommended.

Is this new that the coloured button is now only applicable for PRO?

What will happen to all the current coloured buttons of the existing products if I switch to PRO?

Hi Dylan,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The color swatches options are still included in the free/basic version.

Will you please check if you are using global or custom attributes? I can do the investigation for you.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hi Dylan,

The SiteGround Optimizer plugin is restricting the functionality of our swatches plugin.

Please disable the plugin while configuring your products.

I have worked with this product. Here is a video I made for you:

All your color options are not configured properly. I have configured two of them.

Please add appropriate colors for all your attribute terms (update the two that I have added).
