Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly.
And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hi There!
We have purchased the Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce from you. License key mentioned in above box.
After installing the plugin, now the issue is when we trying to add a video in a variable product either as the Featured image or in the image gallery or infact in any product variation section, the video/ video thumbnail is not showing on the frontend. [Screenshot Attached]
Infact I have noticed that Variation Gallery for WooCommerce Settings are not working on my wordpress/ theme.
Below options are activated from the settings panel but some of them are not working.
Enable Gallery Image Zoom – working on mouse hover.
Enable Gallery Image Popup – Not Working
Zoom Icon Display Position – Not Working (I have stetted to Top-Left position for now)
Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
