New Update Breaking some products

We have tried to update your plug in, but it breaks our product page so we have to keep rolling back to 1.2.9. The images in the thumbnails dissapear and the page becomes super long with all the description information. You can see how long the scroll bar is and the missing images that are typically to the left of the product. I can screen share and do the update to show you if you would like  broken product page.JPG way below. Would someone be able to assist?

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Is it possible to create a staging copy of your site and give us access there? (You can ask your hosting provider to create a copy of your live site).

Additionally, please do the following tests:

I think that you are still using version 1.2.9.

First of all, please update both plugins on your site.

The latest versions should be:

Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce – 1.3.1
Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce PRO – 1.3.1

Clear your browser and site cache (if any) once the plugins are updated.

If you still have the issue, please go to the backend of those broken products and check if they have gallery images here!

Finally, please check if you have anything selected here.

I think that we have found the issue.

Please try changing the priority from 20 to 9.

Let me know if this solves the issue.
