Can’t choose variation at product

Hello,

I hope you are all fine.

 

I have 2 issues:

1.Here is a product with variations: https://tanjauvera.com/izdelek/telovadni-komplet-joy-with-tanja-uvera/

For example: When I choose color PINK, size M  https://www.screencast.com/t/VDd7eybcvw then I can’t choose any other option.

2. Gallery is not showing properly: https://www.screencast.com/t/braBCnbTtv

3. Broke my page on mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/kxP3Vecda

Hi Lynn,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

1st issue:

It is because of your variation combination, there is no available combination while you are selecting Pink and M.

For example: M x Modra, M x Siva, M x Rumena

If you want to still click on theme change the setting from here. You can also click this to clear your selection. From our plugin setting, you can enable this option to clear selected variation to select it again.

2nd issue:

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

3rd issue:

I have enabled this setting, please check now by using your small device.
