Not letting people select attributes- cannot makes any sales

Hi.

I have uploaded the plugins and started updating everything but it is not letting people purchase from the site (live site)

It is not letting them select the items attributes even though in stock.

Please try to order mens boxer shorts. 3XL  Blue  Long leg  3 pack   https://chaffree.com/product/mens-boxer-shorts

As you can see, the item is in stock (see image)2022-02-18_20-14-36.png

It is the same all all the product pages, so I must have missed something out as it is not letting you select any items at all. It just highlights them.

Please help asap as I am not making any sales.

Have just seen that your support is available 8am – 3pm Mon-fri. I will have to disable the plugin for now as I cannot have my website down all weekend.

Hi Amanda,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Good morning.

I have had a staging site created to set this up.

Please see  https://www.staging2022.chaffree.com/product/mens-boxer-shorts

When I deactivate the variation swatches & pro version then the site works perfectly.

Also, it is not showing which items are out of stock.

I have set you up as a user, you should have received an email
