Thanks for reaching out to us. Please make sure your theme has any gallery feature or not.
Our plugin only works with the default WooCommerce gallery. You can’t use two separate gallery scripts at the same site.
Please deactivate the gallery from your theme settings or contact the theme developer to enable the default WooCommerce gallery rather than their own gallery.

Here under, you will find screenshots and link of the showed example. I have added images to the products in backoffice, but it doesn’t appear in front.
