Plug in broke my site

Hi,

I bought this plug in few hrs ago and upon installing it, my site became very slow and unreachable.

I had to inactivate to get my site working properly.

I don’t think it’s compatible with my theme.

Pls can I have refund because I won’t be using it and I bought based upon your promise of money-back guarantee.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

I checked, it broke my site again. I had to deactivate it to restore my site.

I’m not sure if this is due to the incompatibility with my theme. I’m using Flatsome theme.

I don’t want to keep bothering you. Pls I’m wondering if you could refund my money.

I think the problem is due to the number of variations that you have for each product.

We are working on a new version that will fix the issue for you.
