Not switching swatches in SHOP page

The color swatches variations are displayed on the shop page, but only the default option is selectable and I can’t set or select the other variations when on-click, so the default options is sticked and not working properly.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have tried you visit your link but didn’t find swatches.

Then try your login credentials but unfortunately, the access is not admin access.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hi Marisabel,

You didn’t activate the pro version of the swatches plugin. Please keep in mind, the Pro version is an extension of our free version. You have to activate both the free and pro version.

You are using an older version of the Swatches plugin. Could you update your premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of swatches Pro is the following.

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.18

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?
