Yes it seems like that may have worked.
But before I updated this, none of the variable swatches are clickable anywhere from category page to product page

I managed to resolve none of the swatches being clickable.
Yes, the From Price is currently displaying which doesn’t look great in the front end.
Also are you going to update the code for the plugin to include the code I entered into my child theme? That would surely be a cleaner and more appropriate method going forward?

This issue is not coming from my code or the swatches plugin. This issue is coming from your custom price title modifying code.
By the way, I have fixed the issue for you, a semicolon was missing on your code. Could you please check again and confirm with me?
