Could you please check your theme has a gallery option or not?

If your theme has a gallery you should turn it off to get our gallery plugin workable.

Because you can’t use two galleries at the same site.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

The problem is solved if remove second gallery on same page.

Another request is, on shop page enable to view only one attribute and continue to view all variation and button add to cart. I need to watch only colors and pick a color and change images

Hi Filippos,

Thanks for checking our documentation.

I have visited your shop/archive page. I found the quantity and label for each product card.

The thing is- our plugin doesn’t support these two elements right now (on the shop/archive page).

Some other plugins may be overwritten our code. I have disabled this option and still, swatches are showing on the archive page.

So, you can perform a plugin compatibility check by deactivating all other additional plugins except WooCommerce and Variation Swatches plugin.

Then activate additional plugins one by one.

As far I know, Elementor has no feature to display Product Attributes on the archive/shop page.

Did you customize your theme?

If not-

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
