I just had a thought: we’ve just recently done a conversion of our website to a new Domain name- we currently own two domains and the old one is redirecting to the new one.
Could it be that I’m unable to use this plugin because it was connected to our old domain name? If so, is there a way to simply transfer ownership over to our new domain name?

You can simply change the domain name here.
Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

I purchased this plugin already, and it won’t let me access the Pro features

I purchased this plugin for approx. $113.85 USD on October 27th, and while the plugin has installed it only makes available the free features and when I try to use Pro features it says I need to “Upgrade to Pro” to access, however I have already paid for it.
