A | B
1 | 2 | 3
A1, A2, A3
C1, C2, C3
Select A, then 1 – works as expected
Select B, 2 is now set to disabled, select 1. Now select A and 2 remains disabled although A2 is a valid selection.

Update your site details in the details section. I’ll check what’s happening there.
Hi Ahmed – this is a local site at the moment. Can you not recreate the issue?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
Hope to hear from you soon.
I have deactivated all plugins apart from woocommerce and yours. I have also swapped to the storefront theme. The issue persists. I have attached my settings.
I’m sorry but I have tried another plugin, which works perfectly. As there is a bug with your software, please could you provide me with a refund, as I cannot use it on my project. Many thanks for your help, and sorry it didn’t work out this time
Besides the showing out of stock or unavailable item with cross, there is feature to hide them completely from Attribute behavior. Did you try that? Check here; https://getwooplugins.com/documentation/woocommerce-variation-swatches/#hide-blur-out-of-stock-product
