The problem is in the product page,
in the shop page, its ok!
We’ve checked your theme. They have developed the theme following own way, we don’t find WooCommerce standard there. So, no swatches plugin will support for this theme in the product page. Could you ask your theme developer to add support this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-variation-swatches
As our plugin is not working for you, we can give you refund.
Would You do this support for your plugin?
Actually, support should comes from developer end. Our plugin is compatibility with major themes like Flatsome, Divi, Storefront, Shopkeeper and so on.
It’s because they have developed theme following a minimum standard of WooCooCommerce. In your theme case, the scenario is opposite. In this case, either you can connect theme author with us or ask them to add support of it.
If it would be possible, we add support for you. Because the more our plugin support themes, we get more downloads.
The theme developers have not responded since last year. I’m lost!
