Hi, installed the variations plugin, but the variations aren’t appearing on my archive page, which uses an Elementor Ultimate Addons widget to display products. They appear fine on the single product page.
How can I have just the product color options appear on my archive page at https://ackerlygreen.com/shop ?
Hello Carey Bernstein,
Your wp admin page is not loading. I couldn’t login actually. Is there any IP restriction?
This is my IP: 126.96.36.199
No, your IP isn’t blocked. I just tried logging in with the credentials I provided and it all worked fine.
You have used JetWooBuilder to create the shop page’s product grids?
No, I used the Ultimate Addons for Elementor Product Widget:
Please, give me the latest version of Ultimate addons for emelentor plugin so that I can test it in my test platform to figure out the issue.
Included is a link to the Ultimate Addons plugin, thank you.
I have tested in my local test platform and could reproduced the issue. Our developer team is already assigned to fix it. Hopefully, we can make it happen soon.
Please, allow us some time. Thanks
Hello. Because I want this ready for Small Business Saturday this Saturday, I rebuilt my shop using my theme’s default shop pages, so you don’t have to hurry to figure out the Ultimate Addons issue.
I can get most of the Variation Swatches working with the new shop, but I have two issues I’m hoping you can help with.
I can’t get the imported Printful Color attributes to sync with the Color attributes I built based on your tutorial here: https://getwooplugins.com/documentation/woocommerce-variation-swatches/#how-to-import-swatches-on-existing-website
I can’t choose only one attribute (Color) to show up on the Archive page for some reason in the Variation Swatches Setting. I can show all attributes, which I don’t want, but when I choose the option to “Show Single Attribute taxonomies on archive page” nothing is shown on the shop Archive pages.
I would love some help figuring out these two issues ASAP, otherwise, I love this plugin!
Hi, just one more update. 🙂
I figured out how to turn Printful attributes into global attributes and got them to sync with the Swatches plugin and the products.
All I need now is the css or settings to use so that only Color attributes show up on the product Archive page, no other attributes. I don’t even need them selectable, I just want to show all the color options for each product to help with conversion. Can you help with that? Thanks so much.
Please, check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1DIlBSJI5o
I hope it helps. Thanks
Thank you so much for your help.
The Ajax used to show variations in the archive page is really slowing my shop down and I was wondering if I could just have the color variations appear as unselectable options, where you have to click through to the single product to see all the variations?
I just want the colors to appear, not be hoverable or clickable. Is there a way to accomplish that?
Unfortunately, this is possible right now.
