Additional variation images gallery doesn’t sync in product page

Hello,
I recently updated “Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce PRO”.
I also use a plugin named “Woo Display Variations On Catalog Listing Pages” which allows me to display the variation as a product in the archive page (url: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-display-variations-on-catalog-pages/26435784).

The problem is:
since the last update of “Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce PRO”, when I click on a variation in the archive page to access its product page, I find myself on the “basic” product page:
I see either the default color variation of the product , or the main image only.
The photos of the clicked variation are not displayed.
The variation photos only appear when I select a color swatch on the product page.

However it worked perfectly with the previous version of your plugin.

This appears to be the same problem that was described in the Ticket #60378.
This ticket has been closed, have you found a solution?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Image Gallery Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

thank you for answering me,

I have deactivated all of the additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Image Gallery Plugin.

Nothing changes, the problem persists.

In this video you can see that the gallery photos that appear when you open a product sheet are always the default photos whereas it should be the photo gallery of the variation:
for example when I open the product page of the Chino green pants I should see the photos of the green pants.

The only way to display the correct variation gallery is by clicking on the color when you are in the product sheet.

What is amazing is that it worked with the previous version of the plugin.

I have set up a test site that you can log into, info is above.

We have found where the problem comes from:

it is the 1.1.1 version of “Variation Swatches For WooCommerce” which is not working correctly with “Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce”.

Indeed we put back the 1.0.86 version of “Variation Swatches For WooCommerce” and there it works perfectly.

But it’s annoying not being able to update this plugin without having a conflict with “Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce”.

Can you see what’s bugging and fix the 1.1.1 version of “Variation Swatches For WooCommerce”?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. Actually, we have resolved this issue with our swatches new version 1.1.1

By the way, are you using any caching system on your serverside? If yes, please try to disable that as well. Al try to update the gallery pro plugin https://prnt.sc/vo7dt9

thank you for your last reply but unfortunately this does not solve the problem.

I updated the “Variation Gallery PRO” plugin and it doesn’t change anything.
And we are not using any caching system on the serverside.

The only way to make it work properly is to put back the 1.0.86 version of “Variation Swatches FREE” and there it works.

You can see it on the test site, currently version 1.0.86 is installed and it works. If you switch to the 1.1.1 version it will no longer work.

it’s really annoying, can you help us and fix this bug?
