I have pre-sale questions.
I have attributes as images in my store.
I would like the image to expand in the lightbox, in addition to the image description in the lightbox.
I have a lot of paintings.
Is it possible with your plug?
Can I try the pro version before buying?

We have the option to use an image tooltip. It can be a perfect solution for you.

Unfortunately, you cannot try the PRO version without purchasing it first.

With too many variations, some pages may take a longer time to load.

But we have options under the Performance tab to increase speed.

BTW, we are rewriting the plugin to increase performance.

Please take a look at our refund policy.

I bought the pro versions.

I have two questions:

1. How do I set a tooltip with an image to also have an image caption?

2. How to CSS straighten the corners of square buttons?

Hi Malgorzata,

Currently, we do not have the option. Browsers have a default option to show the title. We are considering adding this option as a new feature.
You can write your custom CSS to change the corner of the square. If you want us to assist with that, please share a product link.

The premium version works on top of the free.

Hi,
I am afraid I will not be able to work with your plug. It slows down my website very much. I have a lot of varieties of image products.
In addition, it stopped working properly. Attributes show up, but segregation and selection don’t work.

Please enable the options from the performance tab. It will increase performance. You will be glad to know that we are about to release an updated version. It has a higher focus on loading and performance.

Will you please verify if you have enabled this option? If not please enabled it.

It may not be our plugin alone for the performance but I would recommend you to wait until the update arrives.

If you still find any issue then you can reconsider.

BTW, are you using the latest version of WP and WooCommerce?

Problem: Choosing an option is not working on my site. And exactly there is no graying out, no strikethrough or disappearance of unselected variants. The taxonomy gallery does not change.
Unfortunately, there is also no description function that I asked you about before buying (pop-up with image and description).
I will have to find a different solution.
I’d like to return the plug, unfortunately that’s not good for me.
I will consider buying it again when you apply the update you mentioned. Can you let me know?
