Please try the new features, they are not working properly.. The input has the same id and name when there is more than one attribute and a conflict occurs.
Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We’ll be in a better place to spot anything suspicious from here.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Unfortunately I can not give them access so the site is offline. I can give you more details, such as: the site is in multi-site mode. It has 2 attributes, color and size. When the input and select are duplicated, they have the same id and name.
