I have followed your YouTube video exactly and cannot get my products to show as Swatches. Both myself and a colleague have tried and unable to get it to work.
I need to have this running ASAP, can you please assist and let me know what i need to do? The product I have tried it on is ELECTRA and I will provide you access to my site below.
Hi Angela Shalhoub,
Could you record me reproducing your issue using tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out issue and squash it with immediately.
I have created a video here
I would like to have the swatches to look like the following:
Could you please get back to me ASAP as my boss would like this up and running.
Hello Angela Shalhoub,
I have deactivated our plugin and your variations are still not appearing there. The default WooCommerce dropdown of the variations was supposed to be there but it is not appearing. Check this out: https://www.loom.com/share/77cce79d889b4de088eb99f012f9c36c
That means you are having a conflict with your WooCommerce plugin itself. Please, contact your theme provider to fix the issue.
Note that if WooCommerce’s default dropdown variation appears there, then our swatches will also appear.
I hope you are clear now. Can I please, close the ticket now?
Can you tell me which themes will work with your plugin? is there a way to find this?
You can try Flatsome theme.
Something wrong with your child theme. It’s working parent theme: https://www.loom.com/share/a3a6c53856374b1c9643bc5580c38fdf
Thank you, i have followed your video and it is working.
You can close this ticket now.
