Pictures don’t change when choosing a different color.

Hello,

I decided to buy the Pro version of this plug-in to be able to upload more pictures to gallery. I have a product that is available in two colors, and for each option I added 6 pictures. The problem is that the gallery doesn’t change along with the color. Only the first product image changes. It doesn’t want to work the same way as shown in your advertisement, that after selecting let’s say a green t-shirt the product gallery suddenly shows only photos of the green t-shirt.

I use Wooswipe plug-in for product gallery images. I tried to deactivate it and many other plug-ins but it didn’t help.

Please advise what can I do to resolve this issue.

Hi Pawel,

Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

I had already been asked before to provide a temporary admin passowrd as well as the login. I did as advised 6 hours ago. Did anyone take a look at the problem?

As mentioned before, the plug-in doesn’t work as it should. If you choose let’s say white color, the product gallery doesn’t change, and you can see other color options there as well.

Also, we added 6 pictures for each color, and there is only the first one displayed. The other pictures are not visible.

It would be great if you were kind enough to save my time and go straight to the point and tell me whether you can solve it quickly, because otherwise I’ll have to fiind an alternative product and hand this over to my developer.

I hope this plug-in is eligible for the 30 days money back option.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If plugin conflict doesn’t help, please send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site. We’ll try to investigate your issue installing your theme on our local setup.

I’m so sorry, but I didn’t expect that it will take so long to resolve it. If necessary please let me know and I’ll pay the additional fee for the premium support. I do not have too much time to spend on this issue. It has to be solved today.  If not, I would definitely like to use the 30 day money back option.
