We created a staging site. Please use updated login credentials.
We left all the original variations. Can you make the swatches/product gallery appear? We cannot..

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
Also, Please update your wooCommerce version. As I can see, there is an update available.

We’ve disabled all other plugins and updated WC.
We still cannot get it to work. We did get the swatches to appear on a category page.
It does not appear on the productpage itself.
Could you send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site. We’ll try to investigate your issue installing your theme on our local setup.

We tried updating the theme to the latest version and the icons appeared.
Though we do not want to update the theme as we will need to fix many things then. The whole site is coded to 3.2.3.
Can we make your plugin to work with 3.2.3 instead?

Unfortunately it’s not possible, Latest X theme 6.5.5 is compatible with latest WordPress version and that’s why we always recommend our users’ to use the most recent version. Our products work well with latest version of the theme.
Ah. That’s too bad.

I see. But we do not have the resources to fully update the theme and website, thus we would like a refund for the plugin. We will buy it again when our website has been updated.
