We’ve just installed your plugin.
Though following your tutorials, we cannot get any images or swatches to show..
Could you point us in the right direction?
To set up, follow this tutorial – https://getwooplugins.com/documentation/woocommerce-variation-swatches/#scratch-color
Your login credentials are not correct, check this video – https://www.loom.com/share/3f6d829bdc8f4236ae0b00cb0d3afd6e?focus_title=1&muted=1
We created a staging site. Please use updated login credentials.
We left all the original variations. Can you make the swatches/product gallery appear? We cannot..
Hi David Dol,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
Also, Please update your wooCommerce version. As I can see, there is an update available.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
We’ve disabled all other plugins and updated WC.
We still cannot get it to work. We did get the swatches to appear on a category page.
It does not appear on the productpage itself.
Could you send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site. We’ll try to investigate your issue installing your theme on our local setup.
You can upload the theme file in Dropbox or Google drive and send the download link here directly.
Here you go.
You are using very old version of X theme, the current version 6.5.5 and you are using 3.2.3. I’m getting multiple error in my fresh local WP setup. Check this video – https://www.loom.com/share/e84d0fac99514b3e88d7a6b36aa589d3
We tried updating the theme to the latest version and the icons appeared.
Though we do not want to update the theme as we will need to fix many things then. The whole site is coded to 3.2.3.
Can we make your plugin to work with 3.2.3 instead?
Thank you for your time..
Unfortunately it’s not possible, Latest X theme 6.5.5 is compatible with latest WordPress version and that’s why we always recommend our users’ to use the most recent version. Our products work well with latest version of the theme.
Ah. That’s too bad.
Then I’d like to issue a refund please. When our site has been updated, we’ll purchase it again.
Thank you in advance,
I’ll pass your refund request to our billing department. Meanwhile, please check our refund policy – https://getwooplugins.com/refund-policy/
