At StinkyCigar.com customers are required to choose a product finish, otherwise, the order can not be placed. Usually when a product is ordered, the finish shows in text, the correct picture shows, and the proper product number associated with the variation shows. All of that makes it simple to create the order.
Here is the issue
The past couple orders placed simply showed the basic product image, no variation selected, and the product number was the number associated with the product GROUP and NOT the specific finish.
This made us have to reach out to the customer and ask them what finish they ordered.
Please help with this ASAP, it is causing a huge inconvenience for us and for our customers.

Please record the process with and without installing our variation swatches plugin. It helps me to quickly figure out issue and squash it with immediately.
I’m having trouble understanding your response. You want me to download a screen recording program and record me deleting and reinstalling your plugin? Is that correct? Just so I’m clear.
You have to record me the issue installing my plugin and show me the default behavior without my plugin.
there is no default behavior with the plugin. Without the plugin, there will be no variations to select from. the website has daily orders and we cannot afford to have it down for too long. have you attempted anything to try to resolve the issue so far?
